
My manager is more of a mentor than a "manager". I honestly feel like he is invested in my success as a TM.
Base salary could definitely use a bump but I like the new comp plan and that it rewards us for all area of focus (renewals, nee biz, growth, secures etc).
Im still new (3 months) so I am still meeting everyone. I definitely know who to call for what on my team but wish our team was more talkative and bonded in general.
Growing my territory and getting to see and visit with cute animals at my accounts. Makes for a nice balance of feeling like there are little "happy breaks" throughout the day of work.
My manager and equipment specilaist are my go-tos since they have the most fun and engaging personalities while still getting the job done. Outside of my team I dont really know much about company culture.
