It is not bad by US standards, we get one day off per month, plus the 'week of rest' which is like the week of Christmas/New Years plus an additional day, and then every four years currently is the holy grail of six weeks paid vacation off, or 'sabbatical'. However, if you get laid off or leave before any given four years is up, it is not like normal paid vacation where you would get paid out on it or collect somehow, you may simply lose it...this is a 'discretionary' decision, i know a few people who lost theirs. Something to be aware of.
2 weeks PTO, we also have week of July4th off (forced PTO) and week from xmas-new years off (holiday). Every 4 years you get a 6wk paid sabbatical.
10 days of annual vacation for all employees per year, plus a 6 week paid sabbatical every 4 years.
2 weeks vacation. 6 week paid sabbatical every 4 years.
Lower than normal for the bay
