throughout the company talent is overlooked and instead others are rewarded based on personal relationships. employees are lining up to get out of the company. they make decisions regarding pay and bonuses without announcing first and pressured employees to sign retention contracts

the company needs a near complete overhaul of executives and directors. original C suite members think they are above it all and push their personal agendas. they use the "start up" label as a crutch and refuse to acknowledge any of the real issues. there needs to be accountability.

the leadership team is completely inept you have people making decisions for their own personal agendas a COO that has driven more talent away than I can count while he rides his board around the office and an evangelist that should have been removed long ago. the company needs a complete refresh
