Perks that wayfair has ( snacks, scheduling dr. exams, seminars) and getting new, important assignments.
They need to handle budgets and new hire management better, be more organized and meticulous in those areas
Nice but we are all equally frustrated with being at the bottom on the Wayfair totem pole--our low status shows.
Good company culture, but they add too many new hires at once without figuring out what to do with them.
Contract workers should get some benefits, especially if their contract at Wayfair is extended. Also, I think Wayfair should have a benefit that helps with tuition/student debt since there are so maby young adults working there.
