Everything needs to be worked on
Team work is very important within the organization. Everyone pulls their own weight and provide support when needed. Every workplace is not always 100% perfect, but I acknowledge the employee's talent, compassion, and professional demeanor.
Overall I enjoy the work experience
One and a half years ago this was a very good company, but now it is not. There is no proper management, and who doesn't know how to manage project they became project manager and they don't know how to take requirements and there is no proper communication the team member
Great opportunity to gain relevant experience and be directly involved in the company's success and growth.
