The leaderships does not have a cohesive, respectful and professional relationship with each other.
It's reactionary to leadership, but people don't respect each other, nor are they interested in each other's success unless it benefits them.
The culture needs to change, the Leadership at VP level need to change, Product Owners need to be held accountable but given more freedom
The environment was bad, then they laid off a bunch of folks, then it got worse, then the talks about merger happened, now it's terrible
