I've grown so much as an employee here at AP and my overall experience has been positive.
Inclusive and challenging! The amount of gifts and swag sent out is great. Teams being open is wonderful. When we lost much of our EB team due to MetLife partnership the Aura exec team went above and beyond to help those impacted. Also Aura is quick, nimble and adaptable.
I'm extremely new to the team but overall I've had a great experience onboarding and throughout my first few months. Excited to come to work and looking forward to working here
there was a few situations that made the job difficult but its always easy to find help and have fun on the job
