The fact I'm working with incredibly talented, tech savvy users, and we're working on cutting edge technology.
I have not felt so welcome as I have at Bigleaf. They have treated me with the utmost kindness, listened to fresh ideas, and do an excellent job all around.
The overall "can do" attitude of everyone from the CEO on down. If there's an issue, we all band together to solve it, even if it's not in our area of expertise, just to toss out ideas.
I think the best part is the fact that they are continually trying to improve. Nothing is ever perfect at any place, but if there's something they see that can be improved, they go for it to improve it.
