
It was unique and they asked unique problem solving questions that I had to give my input on how to solve the problem.
We have a lot of wiggle room on how we want to improve this team, because it is new. Our thoughts and opinions matter, and it feels great to be the reason a process has been changed, developed, or improved.
Work hard, but play hard with all the events the company provides for their employees. I also am extactic to have an open bar of snacks everyday, and fun things to do on our 15 minute break. They make a huge difference!
They are great at communication. The employees are always kept in the loop when changes are made. Because we have set values, it gives an outline that we all need to follow, and our leadership teams were chosen because they stick to those values really well!
Being in charge of how and when I want to complete my tasks.My favorite thing is not being completely micro-managed.I don't get in trouble if I'm late for my shift.There is not really a set time I have to be here and leave.It feels like freedom, because it is up to me, as long as I get my work done.
