Team is great! Technically strong with good leadership. But everone is unhappy with the top leadership and their games.
Understand what the candidate's expectations are of the role before bringing someone in and then dumping everything on them.
Understand who is adding value to the India team and take care of them. Dont go purely by hearsay of politically motivated India management.
The CEO, COO and CTO need to look into what the India Apac MD is doing to spoil the culture in India and correct it.
Need to provide adequate compensation when someone is slogging for the benefit of the company and not demotivate them by pushing them harder and finding fault with everything that goes bad.
