The leadership team needs to learn how to lead and communicate. Leadership is just there and offers no guidance in career advancement and development.
My coworkers need to actually work and work as a team. They are very selfish and self centered. Management allows them to be so, therefor constructive working relationships is near impossible.
Everything is wrong. This company has no accountability. A person cannot do their job or continue to do it incorrectly and is never reprimanded. Leadership needs to learn to be strong and hold people accountable.
