Need more accountability. To often do we accept and, in some cases, reward mediocrity.
Bostik seems to just go through he motions and take forever to execute a plan.
Listen to others. Not every process or plan works for everyone or every facility. Take advice from experts instead of a dictator approach.
Listening to the customer. Bostik only cares about Margin %, not dollars. They are overpriced in the market and have some of the worst service in the industry.
