Cardinal Financial Corporation – I had a Terrible experience with this company. I told my loan officer that I was seeing competing rates at 3.5% at zero points. Cardinal was at 3.75%. Do to time restraints, I was unable to switch to the other lender. The disclosure they had me sign had an additional 1.5% points added!

What can this brand most improve?

Well you haven't paid my taxes and now the County is calling. Ive been trying to get someone to help me for over a month (I have documentation to prove it) and i have have had 4 emails ignored and several "ill call you back" that never happened!

What can this brand most improve?

I am very angry with Cardinal Financial and would NOT get another loan from them. We refinanced from Freedom - I LOVED FREEDOM and when we refinanced I explained that we make our mortgage payments weekly. NO PROBLEM I was told! AGAIN at closing I asked the signing agent and YES NO PROBLEM HELP
