It started out well. The changes in management made it less appealing. The overall morale declined. The public and customers started noticing the difference. I don't feel proud to work for a GOOD company anymore.
It has been absolutely terrible and it breaks my heart to say that. It has almost made me worse in regards to my customer service skills which is something I have always prided myself in.
I love what i do.There is always challenges.i just want to get to a balance .
Generally overworked. Leaders push too far and cut costs at the same time. Also, middle mgmt needs a facelift, you can't just rely on those managers to be good, you have to train them, no one is a natural-born middle manager...
