I find the leadership is always supportive when approached on ideas on new ways off working. Being so approachable has meant there is never a time i feel i can't ask them something.

We all have different abilities so we each bring our own set of skills to the table. This makes for a very dynamic group. With the experience we all share this has allowed us to continually advanced the company which has helped keep us competitive.
