If DTIC management doesn't give their employees an incentive to earn more money, quality work will never be accomplished.
DTIC management should Interact with the scientists and engineers and allow them to visit the facility if they need help.
Some are hard working with hope for advancement. Others are tired of being treated poorly by uncaring and thoughtless managers.
DTIC employees should be monetarily rewarded and guaranteed an advancement if they work hard and do a good job. With no incentive, they lose interest and lack motivation.
The management team at DTIC is awful. They don't Interact with the Scientists & Engineers. They only interact among themselves. They don't have a clue what's happening outside their building. The employees have no incentive to do a good job because they never know if they'll ever get upgraded.
