
More balance at work. Less nepotism. More upward progression of those who work. Less time networking and more time actually doing their present jobs. Also those in leadership positions should follow safety rules and cultural requirements and spelled out in DOW's written rules.
Make it less cut-throat and competitive and don't treat only fast track employees as the only good thing for the company.
