
Promotions are pretty rare. The important thing to know is that pay raises are not part of the promotion process. You will get more responsibility and do more work for the same salary. In theory you will be in an different pay band so you could make more money some day, but there hasn't been any pay raises for over 5 years.
They say no. With all the "growth phase" talk, you can bet that it means another company will be bought and that you'll soon have to compete for your current job with some absorbed schmuck who wants to keep his. There is too much hustling to even consider promoting anyone.
Very difficult. I managed to promote 8 of my 40 employees. But cumbersome. Salary increase is nottransparent. It took me 13 months to increase salary for 2 staff. Bonus. Completely intransparent. Only employees with a „1“ rating got 3% in fy19. Others who perform very well... nada
DXC is trying to be politically correct, so your chances improve dramatically if your in a select demographic group. If your not in this select group your odds drop significantly
