The best part of my job is that my direct boss trusts me to do it with little interference. Sometimes he has to shield me from micromanagement from above, but most of the time I can push back on unrealistic deadlines. I had to work hard to earn that level of trust, but it makes the frustrations less taxing.

The end of the day- which is usually after an 11 hour shift. Then I get to go to 2nd job because DXC has not given many raises in 10 years. I have received a total 1.5% over 10 years. And I have exceeds expectation every review.
