It really depends on country, location and which division of the company. It can even depend on which team you work with. Looking at the online reviews, there seems to be on really happy office in India. A lot of the other locations express concerns about micromanaging bosses and inadequate resources. At my office, we have outdated equipment and procedures. A lot of people have been there for decades, so they are resistant to change (despite the new "thrive on change" motto). When something goes wrong, it's hard to get past the finger pointing to get them to collaborate on an improvement. My direct coworkers are great, but departmental interaction is challenging to the point of being toxic.
no one is in an office with the exception of senior management and the training farms in Puerto Rico and abroad.
miserable. low morale. processes, like posting a job and hiring, takes months and months.
Horrible. No motivation. Passing the buck.
