
Your manager may send you to work from home for the winter in case there's ice and/or snow. If you're really lucky, your manager may let you keep working from home after Spring has arrived. Otherwise, you'll be recalled back to the office and resuming your daily commute until the next winter.
If you live in the US and work from home, you're like everyone else. Outside of the corporate offices in Virginia, the only other company buildings are LCCs (low cost centers .. where cheap people work in bullpens).
Well, they have no offices to work from, will not pay for your cell phone (service only) and do not pay for internet or other office expenses.
They like that as they do not want to pay for any office space other than bare minimum
Accepted and encouraged to avoid cost of maintaining presence in a brick and mortar building
Depends on the manager. Some are ok with it, others aren't.
If it saves Dxc money Dxc are all for it
In India, mostly the managers get the facility.
