
They still have minimal holidays. They still accrue sick time that has no value at separation. Vacation doesn't exist. They tell you to take all the time you need, but trust me, managers will use time off to pair you against your peers for performance ratings. It doesn't really matter for merit, since there is none, but when you get a lower rating, you'll be cut first with the WFR/RIF comes. You'll know/feel this as an employee, and the company knows this too. They want that fear.. so you'll take less vacation. Plus, when you separate, DXC has no vacation to pay you, thus saving the company more money. Other companies abandoned this practice many years ago..
