How's the morale at FILTEC?

Overall good. It has had some peaks and some lows. When salary increases were on hold naturally some morale concerns but positive turns have lifted employees’ morale and new management is very transparent, positive, and eager to place improved processes in place, recognizing great performance and addressing quickly areas that require improvement.
