I feel that raises should be higher, at least keep up with inflation. Not given enough vacation time and no increase in vacation time after five years. I am overloaded with work and not paid at market rate.

Working as an analyst at Fitch is an interesting and challenging job. However, work life balance has really eroded in recent years. Employees that leave are not replaced, increasing everyone's workload. No room for advancement once you reach the mid level and pay is well below market.
