
Extremely low. The low tier employees are paid very without chances of getting a raise. The management cant do anything to raise the morale since the company itself has decided that the operability is far more important than the people working for the company. very low chances of promotion. Interoffice locations are also clashing as if they are different companies. There is potential but the leaders are choosing a ignore due to interdependent clashes which is normal but on this company it is very apparent.
