Leadership needs to pay attention to what the employees are doing.

We would work better together if others were as dedicated to doing the right thing as I am
The compensation is slanted towards those who don't do the right thing. I would feel better about compensation if the company would get rid of the people who cheat the system.
There is too much stress. We need to be able to take time off from work (like a vacation day) and not have to make up the time or it will hurt our paychecks
