Customer Service and the Fraud Department. Both departments are rude and constantly disconnect calls. They don't answer customer calls timely. I have experienced hold times of at least 15 minutes or more.
After a year or two, you learn what styles to avoid and you find out the best ones.
You must pay for return postage on wrong item sent or item falls apart. In both cases, I was charged return postage and on wrong item, I was not given a refund because my bill showed I was never sent this item, therefore it must have been extra. Always the customer's fault. FB doesn't make mistakes.
