I work in rehab & I handle my business, but during this pandemic, caseload ratios got lopsided (10-13 pts for 4 days). therapists get "brain drained" from dealing w clients daily. But our CNAs have it worse. they constantly operate at 110% pulling 2 shifts. Even motors get rested by engineers.
Family orientated,caring , i love my company
horrible billing and customer service. Staff that care for patients are wonderful, though.
