
It can't be improved because the owner is runnning it like a dictator and the manager is bad too.
It's like being run by a dictator. Depends on the mood of the partner owner. No standards at all, hence the turnover is so high. The Partner owner who is from out of state is very Unprofessional, the daughter that acts as an HR is even worst. They are so shady with the work hours.
They don't honor their word, management is not honest, they will hire you to work for this much hours, then in a week or so change your hours. They will not even follow the agreed days of work, they will change it and demand unreasonably. The partner Owner is very Unprofessional.
