We refer to the overall organization as People Operations which is made up of HR and Talent Acquisition. It is a busy department. There is a lot of work to be done. The hours worked tend to fluctuate depending on peak times.

I have a lot of freedom and flexibility. I average about 45-50 hours a week depending on the fluctuations. It is fun and collegial environment. We work hard and play hard as well.
