my immediate supervisor doesn't speak to me unless I ask a question. The other Executives are friendly. I get along with other employees outside of my department. The 'team' follows the 'leaders' example.

They would need to include me first. The Director does not have regular meetings with me regarding my job duties & responsibilities. I don't interact with the others in the department because their job duties are completely different than mine.
