Pay higher interest rates as Golden1has some of the lowest interest rates in banking. Hire IT people who know what they are doing. The new banking software is not working and seemingly can't be fixed.
Customer Service - do not say you'll do something and then you do not. Customers should not have to make multiple inquired and always be told someone from that department will reach out within 24 hours. Your customer service is terrible.
Stand behind their word when management says they will following up and then follow through. Nether was accomplished, some of the worst customer service I have experienced from a Credit Union.
