Overall it's a great place to work, good pay and decent benefits. The supervisors can be stubborn but mostly positive.

Great global company with a humble leadership team
Poor management. Inappropriate relationship between Hr Sr Director and IBC supervisor. Supervisor speaks inappropriately to female employees, brings guns to work, and treats employees horribly unless your jus buddy. Employees have no one to support them due to their relationship.
