Company provides time freedom, but pay is not adequate for the work provided. Internal software/program/servers regularly fail. When working on a production basis, when systems are down, through no fault of our own, it stinks to not be able to work/get paid.
the job is very easy, quick paced yet fun
Field Agent's a great place to work with even better people. Sometimes I worry that priorities change quickly from the top and those things arent communicated well. I also worry that as other companies have expanded benefits and WFH, our compensation is not high enough to attract and retain talent.
I have had a good experience at Field Agent. I have learned a lot, developed meaningful friendships, and advanced my career.
Pretty darn great. Good compensation and benefits, great people, plenty of flexibility. If you can tolerate Jesus, you would love it. If you aren't Christian, you may feel like an outsider.
