My responsibilities have changed throughout my tenure here; sometimes it has been quite a learning curve, but it has never been wasted time. I feel we are providing a quality product and experience, and that every single member of our team contributes to that.
Having RTO as our time off option.
Accomplishing my tasks every day, whatever form they take. It is never the same day twice in a row!
They are approachable - I can ask questions when I feel they are relevant and important, and leadership does respond.
Their willingness to help other team members when their knowledge base is broader than, say, someone who is less experienced.
They actively listen to the employees from suggestions, such as additional benefits or training, to concerns about work loads and productive solutions.
Everyone is focused on doing our best for our clients, and that begins with doing our best individually and for others on our team.
People always step up to help. We are like a well-oiled sports team: if someone is having an off day, others step up to make it all happen.
Each day is a little different and not always the same schedule. Plus I work with really great people who maintain a sense of humor even when it's a tough day.
For me, personally, it is part pay, but equally about work/life balance. All the money in the world can fix the imbalance, and a work/life balance that's great doesn't make up for low wages. Having the two well balanced makes a huge difference.
Everyone steps up, so we are not micro managed as a rule. If someone needs help, they get it; whether it is tools to do the job, or help from other sources or experts. Learning is high on the list of expectations, as are the options to accomplish your goals.
