If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Hyde?

There are people that are on the inside that are treated well. Once you go outside teams and work independently (or with one or two others) it can be really lonely. Frequent invitations to get togethers after work that you cannot attend can make team members feel isolated. If you are on friendly terms with a top management member, you are treated like gold. If you do not have a sponsor/mentor you will get crummy projects and get treated like a piece of equipment.
