The leadership is down to earth and are great to talk to if you ever get a chance to see them. When first working there I wasn't aware of who was leadership or not, everyone is very normal.

There is rarely any tension or anxiety about the workplace or coworkers. the environment is positive, but some of the work has ups and downs and monotonous at times. This is the best office environment I've experienced. There isn't much rumor milling or drama and the work life balance isn't bad.
