
Coworkers are awesome. Management is the problem.
Management and supervisors should be evaluated and audited for their work, not their race.
Employees are treated as replaceable and asking for a raise will get your job replaced by temps.
By communicating, you might actually be able to understand what's going on. As soon as they leave the building, it's no longer their problem, even if it was brought directly to them.
Would be nice to work 80 hours and be paid more than $500... Especially AFTER a promotion. They take too much out (I opted out of all benefits) and won't give me access to my paystubs to figure out why my checks are so low.
