Company has moved in a different direction of growth through acquisition. Changing of the guard with new Chief Sales Officer and VP of Sales has been terrible for moral and has not yielded any growth.

Insurity takes a significant amount of time to respond to requests and their account managers are generally defensive, rude, and dismissive. I very much look forward to the day when my company's own policy management system launches and we are no longer dependent on Insurity's lackluster product.
