It varies between managers. They say non-slip shoes but my manager lets us wear vans and converse, this includes herself, though she does recommend to wear them incase you slip. They don't care much about pants, just no holes, and if you wear shorts, they have to be 1-2 inch above the knee length, no higher. For shirts, its just t-shirts, they do offer you a t-shirt but you could probably go out to a thrift store and buy a blank color shirt there. I would assume it depends on store, but my manager doesn't care if our shirts match, and they can be blue, hot pink, green, orange, etc. Your allowed basic ear piercing, aka lobe and cartilage, no face piercing. Some say that you aren't allowed color hair either, but my manager allows it as long as its not extreme like rainbow, and for someone who likes to change their hair a lot, this is great.
