During a period of growth the company has struggled with maintaing and upscaling the core values they set upon.

The company sets unrealistic goal expectations and doesn't treat every employee equally. The pay is very low for the amount of work that's required. Recently a small raise was given however overall Justworks pay doesn't equate to the amount of work required.
