Continuous push for more homes while requiring customer serveys to be 95%+ but not taking into account the lack of products and manpower that ultimately lower build quality as more supervision of every trade is needed.
Employees are not empowered and pay rates are some of the lowest in the industry despite heavier than average workloads.
