Lots of opportunity to start with and then very siloed. Lack of communication with management, they don't know who they're responsible for. Many people laid off because of their age, not talent level.
The CCO promised to send me to a prestigious conference, in front of all my colleagues, as a reward. When he quit, the company told me I couldn't go. Management changing constantly so this isn't uncommon. A fake fun company culture that has does no employee development and uses archaic processes.
