We know what we are doing so it's easier to get the job done.
The leadership team needs to get better at training their employees and growing them within. The turnover rate is high. The ratio of men to women in the management position is very low. This leads me to think that this business is a Male dominated organization. They could do better.
Treat us with respect, tell us a week ahead about our schedule change, don't wait till the last minute to tell us, communicate and allow us to voice our thoughts and opinion without getting upset at us. Don't tell us lies, be honest when we ask you a question. Quit shrugging problems off fix them
They need to tell us at least a week in advance if they want us to work overtime. I think it's not fair that we have to drop what we have planned because they wait till the last minute to make a decision. They should foresee what is happening and be able to tell us in advance. Make me want to quit.
