Absolutely terrible. Leadership for admin team is HR management and they were either unavailable much of the time, (out of office or 'working remote') or vague with their requests and difficult to get approval for follow through steps in order to complete tasks in a timely manner. They were highly disorganized and much of the blame fell to lower level employees who often didn't even know how far the HR manager had gotten behind until they suddenly had a doubled workload and extremely short deadlines (basically to save the HR manager's career, while being forced to risk theirs). No accountability in HR management for issues, unlike other departments which seem to take pride in their ability to troubleshoot, collaborate and adequately assign tasks.
