Depends on the job and level and department. Lots of flex in where and when you work, but lots of work. Most people in the Minneapolis campuses come in bw-7-9 and leave bw 4-6 but majority of the people i know work decently more than 40h a week, however i see some people that walk out without their laptops. in general it's not a huge "we're all out for lunch" or team happy hours place- people scoot for family/personal reasons every day.

Not difficult at all... in fact I was just at a happy hour with coworkers. Each team is different, but most people on my team get off at 5pm, and I’ve rarely had to work on the weekend.
