
for med tech one of the most diverse. there are strategies to improve representation for US ethnicities and women. but one tangent example is the diversity of the food in the cafeteria- theres a permanent station for indian/mid-eastern food, and a permanent station for asian foods. some departments are far better represented than others. leadership is improving but has some work to do. fairly open-minded culturally though. there are also employee resource groups/affinity groups that are quite active and well sponsored by executives.
