I was just informed by the Millard customer service person that they do not service their products and do not stand behind them. Unbelievable, I have never heard a company say this.
We have been waiting for Warranty work for a year. The have canceled 4 times on the day of service and the next available slot is always a month or more in the future. Their communication is poor, and their ability to get things taken care of extremely disappointing.
Midgard now has very poor warranty service and very poor customer service response
