Exec leader is completely political and not respected. He is remote and is never in the office.
How does MobileIron make decisions around promotions?
Promotions generally happen in October. Each department will have different approaches to promotions. Generally, speaking a manager will place a request for one of their employees to be promoted, the employee is evaluated based on their performance.
