First it was nice then after some new management atmosphere shifted. Work star to be cut early due to lack of work on some days

Nadine West is the best company I have ever worked for. The work culture is very calm and I like it here.

What can this brand most improve?

They can start with not overcharging for items sent back and give refunds instead of trying to talk people into getting store credit for items they do not want.

Making sure the packaging is changed ( don't overload the package, if it doesn't fit, out the clothing in 2 packages.
